I have been reading a great book on design, but something that surely can be applied to usability: it’s “Universal Principles of Design: 100 Ways to Enhance Usability, Influence Perception, Increase Appeal, Make Better Design Decisions, and Teach Through Design” by Jill Butler, Kritina Holden, Will Lidwell. It presents 100 principles with a short explanation on the left side and examples on the right. A must have!
